Common Tasks
There are a number of common end-user tasks within Employee Self-Service Kiosk, and these are generally using these menus:

Leave Details | Add leave requests, check leave balances and the Leave Planner |
Timesheets | Complete new or check submitted timesheets, plus other administrative tasks. |
Expense Details | Add expenses requests, check existing expense requests. |
Reports & Payslips |
For example: Payslips, Payment Summary (Historical End of Year - Tax), Superannuation, Leave History |
Support | For contacting your Employee Self-Service Kiosk System Administrator |
Reports
Any PDF reports in this section can be downloaded, then printed or saved:
- In Reports & Payslipsthe report you want.
- Click the View Report link on the right or the report button on the top left, depending on what you want to view.
- This will download the report, generally to your PC's Downloads folder
- Click Open File or find the report in the Downloads folder and from there open the PDF, and you can print or rename and re save it
Note: All reports in this section will download as PDF files.
