Common Tasks

There are a number of common end-user tasks within Employee Self-Service Kiosk, and these are generally using these menus:

Menu Activity
Employee Details

Check personal details

Employee HR Details

Check employee HR items (if hrhas been implemented) and Online Actions

Leave Details Add leave requests, check leave balances and the Leave Planner
Timesheets Complete new or check submitted timesheets, plus other administrative tasks.
Expense Details Add expenses requests, check existing expense requests.
Reports & Payslips

For example: Payslips, Payment Summary (Historical End of Year - Tax), Superannuation, Leave History

Reports

Any PDF reports in this section can be downloaded, then printed or saved:

  • In Reports & Payslipsthe report you want.
  • Click the View Report link on the right or the report button on the top left, depending on what you want to view.





  • This will download the report, generally to your PC's Downloads folder
  • Click Open File or find the report in the Downloads folder and from there open the PDF, and you can print or rename and re save it

 

Note: All reports in this section will download as PDF files.
